Day 5 - Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you?

I want to wear my clothes with confidence again. I want to have a thigh gap. I want to wear highwaisted jeans and thigh-high socks. And I’m only doing this for me.

Me too (: I have yogurt for breakfast with oatmeal and of course I drink a lot of water. And I drink coffee almost everyday.

Do anything! Maybe even start a new hobby or plan a new workout routine! Find new inspirations to put on your wall or find new healthy recipes to add to your collection. :)

Although this is a good list, you can’t just do something on this list and magically stop a binge. Look for the root of what makes us binge…for example, starving. Eat small snacks every 2-3 hours prevents a binge…balance of organic, whole foods like veggies, fruits, grains will prevent a binge. ;-)
